Terms & Conditions

To confirm a booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all journeys.  The remaining balance is due for payment in full seven days prior to travel.  Payment can also be made in full at time of booking.

If payment has been made in full then a cancellation occurs seven days or more prior to travel then 50% will be refunded.  If cancellation occurs less than seven days prior to travel no refund will be given.

Near and Far cannot be held responsible for any financial losses caused by events out of our control such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic events, accidents, inclement weather or any other event out of our control.

Payments can be made by BACS transfer, cheques or cash.

Card payments can be accepted via prior arrangement
